There are many types of garage doors: roller doors, sectional doors, swing doors, and single-panel lifting doors. The right choice primarily depends on our specific requirements. If we want them to be motorized and occupy minimal space, roller garage doors are the best option. Roller doors can be installed in both existing buildings and new constructions. Their special advantage is that they save space, which is especially appreciated by those with limited driveway space or low garage ceilings.

LUMINARE manufactures motorized garage roller doors from 77 mm profiles. These doors are not only user-friendly but also secure. The electric drive allows for remote control operation, which is especially appreciated in the evening, during rain, or in winter. The doors are also equipped with anti-burglary mechanisms. Additionally, various security devices can be used with the doors, such as photoelectric sensors, bottom safety profiles, and warning signal lights.

For the manufacture of garage doors, we use profile elements with standard foam insulation as well as extruded profiles (with ventilation and windows). Unlike the profiles used in roller shutter systems for windows, the roller door profile elements are made from thicker aluminum strips. All garage door roller profile elements are 77 mm high and 19 mm wide.

Depending on your needs, the profiles can be combined with glass inserts or ventilation profiles.

We can supply roller door profiles with polyurethane foam in 13 different colors.

Extruded profiles can be painted in any RAL color upon request.

The profiles can also be industrially coated with decorative film. This coating maintains its color very well and is resistant to abrasion, as well as weather-resistant.

Aluminum profiles are environmentally friendly products. The insulating foam used is CFC-free, and the paints used in production are free from cadmium.

By default, roller doors are equipped with CAME or Somfy motors and control units, allowing the garage doors to be fitted with additional accessories and options, such as photoelectric sensors, warning lights, and the ability to connect to a unified smart home system.
